Analysis and quantification of o-phenylphenol, repellent ester, dextromethrin, propymethrin, acetylidene, methrin and cypermethrin with dibutyl phthalate as internal standard . The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9988, 0.9994, 0.9999, 0.9999, 0.9999, 1.0000, and 0.9993, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.01, 0.04, 0.007, 0.005, 0.01, 0.009, and 0.02, respectively. As an analytical object, seven kinds of commonly used insecticidal active ingredients of propargyl, methyrin, methicillin, methrin and cypermethrin were used to analyze the separation and determination by gas chromatography. Since the same product cannot contain the above seven active ingredients at the same time, this method can be used to firstly screen and then perform qualitative analysis, and the operating conditions can be appropriately adjusted to achieve the best separation effect. 2 Experimental part 2.1 Instrument Agilent 6890 gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector (with workstation); column: HP-1 (30m × 0.32mm × 0.25μm) quartz capillary column.
